Several teams have not done much in the off season. Not only that, but teams like the Oklahoma City Thunder didn’t have much talent to start with, but have somewhere to go with Kevin Durant. Let’s take a look at the teams that will have the worst record in ’09.
Washington- For sure the worst team in the NBA. Anyone heard about the Wizards this off season? Don’t think so, and I doubt you will hear anything at all. With very little talent to work with Washington is my pick for the worst team in the NBA. If the Wizards have any hope, its time to think about trading Caron Butler or Antawn Jamison.
Charlotte- With many Free Agents including Raymond Felton and Juwan Howard this could be a year to forget for the Bobcats. With Michael Jordan in charge, the Bobcats are stuck in a no-win sitaton with not much to start from. From my persepctive, the Bobcats should wait it out till 2010 and try to find a starting point in someone like Joe Johnson or Amare Stoudemire.
Milwaukee- The Bucks look like one of the thinnest team in the NBA, but might be able to hold up for 1/3 of the season and win around 35 games.
Minnesota- The Timberwolves have a good bunch of young talent, but still do not have an essential leader on the team. If Ricky Rubio stays he could help them. I do not see Minnesota winning more than 40 games.
