Bucks Bring In Larry Drew As Next Head Coach

The Milwaukee Bucks have reached an agreement to hire Larry Drew as new head coach.

Larry Drew is former Atlanta Hawks head coach, and will be signed to a three year contract, the fourth year being a team option.

Drew went 128-102 with the Hawks before reaching the playoffs 3 straight times. Drew was replaced by Spurs assistant Mike Budenholzer.

The Milwaukee Bucks were content on Drew, but not before interviewing and even considering Rockets Kelvin Sampson and Lakers Steve Clifford who already agreed to become the Charlotte Bobcats next head coach.
