Fire In Simi Valley Started Standing Back Up Tuesday Afternoon.
The Sandy Fire in Ventura county, California around the Simi Valley community is starting to stand back up this afternoon.
There was a slight wind shift, and the fire found some available fuels. Air attack has requested 5 air tankers
