Jacob Blake Had Knife On Floorboard Of His Vehicle.
The police have finally spoken. The State DOJ says #JacobBlake was being detained after a woman called saying her boyfriend was not supposed to be on premises. Officers say Blake admitted to having a knife in his possession and that they found one on the floorboard of his vehicle
