Police Officer Justin Smith’s Passed Truck In Unmarked Police Car And Truck Was Hit Causing It To Spin Out And Hit Another Car Smith Received 2 Day Suspension.
Justin Smith, according to charges, was driving an unmarked car in 2021 when he tried to pass a truck he thought was too slow.
The back of the truck was hit, causing it to spin out and hit another car.
